Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit fade-lab.bizbrew.app or send a booking request, on what legal basis, and what rights you have.

1. Controller

Fade Lab, owner Milan Petrov, Fürther Straße 212, 90429 Nürnberg, Germany. Telephone +49 911 540 62 18, email hallo@fade-lab.bizbrew.app. We have not appointed a data protection officer because we are not required to do so under Art. 37 GDPR.

2. Hosting and server log files

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, on servers in the European Union (region fra1, Frankfurt am Main). When you call up a page, the hosting provider automatically records the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referrer, the browser and operating system. This is technically necessary in order to deliver the page and to defend against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website. Log data is deleted after 30 days at the latest. A data processing agreement including the EU standard contractual clauses is in place with Vercel.

3. Cookies and local storage

We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We store a single entry in your browser's local storage, named fadelab-consent, which records whether you have allowed embedded third-party content. It contains no identifier, is never transmitted to us, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, as it is strictly necessary to honour your own choice.

4. Consent-gated embedded content

The Instagram feed (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) and the map (OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 0DS, United Kingdom) are not loaded when the page opens. Nothing is requested from those providers until you press the relevant button. If you do, your IP address, browser information and the page you are on are transmitted to that provider, and Meta may set cookies and combine the data with an existing account. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent at any time via 'Cookie settings' in the footer, with effect for the future. Meta may process data in the USA on the basis of the EU adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 and the EU standard contractual clauses.

5. Booking requests

If you send a booking request we process the name, email address and, if given, the telephone number, the desired date and time, the chosen fade, the guard number and any free-text note. We use this data solely to answer the request and to arrange the appointment. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract. We keep the request for six months after the appointment so that we can look up what was cut, then delete it. Requests that do not lead to an appointment are deleted after three months. We do not ask for and do not want health data; please do not send us any in the free-text field.

6. Email and telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone we process the data you provide in order to answer. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. Business correspondence is retained for the statutory periods under commercial and tax law where applicable, otherwise deleted once the matter is closed.

7. Recipients

Apart from our hosting provider and, where you have consented, the embed providers named above, we do not pass your data to third parties. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.

8. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any of these rights, write to hallo@fade-lab.bizbrew.app.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The one responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

9. Changes

We will update this policy when the site changes. The version published here is the current one.

The German version of this privacy policy is the legally binding one.
